Relaxation at this Hidden Gem
Stayed here with my husband, really wasn’t expecting much for the price (such good value) but was pleasantly surprised by the room we had booked – it was called “Africa” – it was a bright, clean airy room with a big comfortable bed. The views are absolutely stunning. We threw the windows open in the morning and just listened to the birds singing……..there is something about the cottage the views and sea air are just so relaxing….will definitely be visiting again.

Superb – as Usual
Cant tell you how many times we have returned to Lindy’s hospitality at Rosemary Cottage. Everything first class, with a warm welcome from Lindy and Tyrion (the dog). Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting this par of beautiful East Sussex.

Probably the best B&B we have ever stayed in with our dog
We had our own en-suite separate room called Africa in a separate bungalow that was idyllic. Lovely walks from the house for the dog and only 15 minutes drive from a dog friendly beach with a lovely hotel. The local village has a good Thai restaurant. Lindy was so welcoming and the breakfast was absolutely first class. Incredible value for money.

Warm Welcome – lovely place
We stayed for three nights on our second stay with Lindy. Everything was just perfect: comfortable and warm bed, extra heater available for the very cold weather we have just had, excellent shower…and Lindy the perfect hostess. We’ll be back for sure! Thoroughly recommend it.

A gem of a find
We have just spent four nights at Rosemary Cottage. We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Lovely breakfast cooked by Lindy who made us very welcome together with Tyrion the dog. Same place, same time next year already booked!

Beautiful location
I was travelling with my mum. Lindy was very welcoming and the location was stunning. It was set in the country and really quiet. Room was lovely and Lindy cooked us a lovely breakfast both mornings. And ideal place and very easy to travel to local areas.

Warm welcome and perfect location
We stayed for two nights with our dog, and after a warm welcome, Lindy couldn’t have been more helpful, with lots of suggestions about places to visit that would interest us. I’d thoroughly recommend.
